Park the tractor and trailer on a flat and hard road surface, tighten the hand brake, place anti-skid triangular blocks at the tires, and check the hydraulic oil level and pipeline sealing of the gooseneck system to ensure no leakage.
Start the hydraulic system, slowly lift the gooseneck to unload the gravity of the tractor head, open the fixed locking pin, and continuously lower the gooseneck until the front end of the low platform contacts the ground to form a stable loading ramp.
Guide the tracked or wheeled equipment to slowly drive onto the low platform, adjust the parking position, and fix the equipment firmly through lashing belts and fixed holes to ensure no shaking or displacement.
Drive the tractor backward to align with the gooseneck interface, start the hydraulic system to lift the front platform, complete accurate docking with the tractor fifth wheel, insert the locking pin, and confirm full fastening and no gap.
Check the hydraulic pipeline pressure, locking structure firmness and braking system sensitivity, and confirm that all parts are normal before formal driving transportation.
Check the gooseneck hydraulic system for oil leakage, pipeline aging and insufficient oil level; verify the locking pin flexibility and fastening degree; inspect tire pressure, tread wear and axle operation status; test brake and ABS system response; clean platform sundries and check anti-slip performance.
