Park the trailer on flat hard ground, lock tractor hand brake and place anti-slip triangular blocks at four tire groups; check air compressor diesel fuel level, fluidization canvas integrity and all pipeline quick joints for air leakage; confirm all tank bottom air chamber control ball valves are closed.
Align the tank top manhole with the factory silo discharge pipeline, lock the manhole sealing buckle tightly to form closed loading space; open the silo feeding valve to fill cement powder evenly. After loading reaches rated volume, close the feeding valve first, then open the tank pressure relief valve to release internal residual pressure before unlocking the manhole cover.
Connect the tank discharge pipeline to the vertical silo feeding port and lock the quick coupling; start the independent diesel air compressor, adjust throttle to maintain stable 0.35–0.4MPa working pressure; sequentially open front/rear air chamber ball valves to inflate the fluidization bed, wait 2–3 minutes for full powder fluidization.
Open the main discharge butterfly valve, fluidized cement powder flows into the storage silo with air flow. Adjust air chamber valve opening to control discharge speed according to silo storage capacity; monitor pressure gauge in real time to avoid overpressure damage to the tank body.
After discharge is complete, close the discharge valve first, continue running the air compressor for 5 minutes to blow residual powder in the pipeline and tank bottom; shut down the compressor, open all pressure relief valves to release internal air pressure, disconnect the discharge pipeline and clean the pipeline interior of accumulated cement powder to prevent blockage after solidification.
The entire tank exterior is sprayed with weather-resistant protective wax; the precision air compressor unit is wrapped with multi-layer waterproof dustproof plastic film, with all pipeline joints sealed with plastic caps to prevent cement dust and sea salt fog corrosion during ocean transport.
